PURPOSE: To diminish the compression force in the end part of a molded form and to easily perform mold release by regulating the temp. of a mold in the end part molding face of a cavity mold at the temp. higher than the temp. of the other part at a time for mold release.
CONSTITUTION: The core mold 2 and the cavity mold 3 of a forming mold 1 are heated at the prescribed temp. by circulating steam through a first temp. controlling pipelines 5, 5. Then SMC (resin molding material) 6 is set to the core mold 2. In this state, the cavity mold 3 is lowered and moved to perform mold clamping and SMC 6 is molded into a prescribed shape at the temp. of the forming mold 1. Thereafter in this mold clamping state, coating is injected into the cavity from an injector 4, by a high pressure system or after the cavity mold 3 is slightly lifted up. An IMC(in-mold coating) layer 7 is formed on the molded SMC 6 to obtain a resin molded form 9. Thereafter the temp. of the mold in the end part molding face 3a of the cavity mold 3 is regulated at the temp. higher than the temp. of the other part by circulating hightemp. steam through a second temp. controlling pipelines 8, 8... Moreover the cavity mold 3 is raised and moved to open the mold and the resin molded form 9 is released from the mold.
