SOLUTION: The information transmitters 10 are installed in information transmitting spots such as stores, business places of companies and public facilities, the contents consisting of at least one piece of information relevant to the information transmitting spots, information relevant to merchandise to be handled at the information transmitting spots, information relevant to advertisement and information relevant to areas are stored in the information transmitters 10, the contents are unilaterally and repeatedly transmitted from the information transmitters 10 toward information providing areas restricted to the surroundings of the information transmitting spots and only the specified contents among the contents received from the information transmitters 10 are selectively displayed on the cellular telephones 20 entered in the information providing areas based on selectively outputted information.
