Title:
RETRANSFERABLE HEAT MODE LASER FUSION THERMAL TRANSFER IMAGE RECEIVING SHEET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3419586
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To use a retransferable heat mode laser fusion thermal transfer image receiving sheet to form a print colorproofing color-proof required for a precise image in which an image of high resolution and high quality can be formed on various permanent support by retransferring the image formed by a heat mode recording on an image receiving layer to the desired permanent support.
CONSTITUTION: An image receiving sheet in which the image receiving layer of an image receiving sheet provided with the receiving layer via at least an intermediate layer on a support is brought into close contact with the heat transfer layer of a heat mode laser fusion thermal transfer recording material, laser exposed in an imagelike state, then released to form the image on the receiving layer, the receiving layer of the receiving sheet formed with the image is further superposed on a permanent support to be brought into close contact therewith, heated and pressurized to retransfer the image on the permanent support, the intermediate layer has a thickness of 10μm or more and the main component of the image receiving layer is aqueous emulsion resin.
