Abstract:
To provide a retroreflective coated article excellent in long-term stability of retroreflective ability, and a method for efficiently producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a retroreflective coated article in which a molten zinc-aluminum alloy plating layer 20 is formed on a surface 30 of a coated article, and a retroreflective coated film 10 composed of at least a film forming resin and glass beads 12 is formed on the molten zinc-aluminum alloy plating layer 20. A method for producing a retroreflective coated article includes: forming a molten zinc-aluminum alloy plating layer on a surface of a coated article; coating a coating containing a film forming resin onto the molten zinc-aluminum alloy plating layer to form a coated film; spraying glass beads thereto before the coated film is cured; and curing the glass beads to form a retroreflective coated film where a part of the glass beads is exposed thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
