Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversible heat-sensitive recording material capable of stably repeatedly forming and erasing an image having a clear contrast 1,000 times or more with high sensitivity.
SOLUTION: The reversible heat-sensitive recording material contains the normally colorless or pale leuco dye, a reversible developer for color developing the leuco dye by heating and reheating to achromatize the leuco dye, and a phthalocyanine compound having a vanadyl group.
