Abstract:
The invention relates to a ring spinning machine (1) with a plurality of spinning stations (2) arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction, wherein cross members (10, 10', 10", 9, 9', 9") for a spinning ring (3), a balloon limiting ring (4) and a traveling yarn guide (5) extend in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine. A common lifting means (12) extending in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine is attached to first cross members (10, 10', 10") and second cross members (9, 9', 9"), tensioning means (13, 13') are in operative connection with the lifting means (12), and the tensioning means (13) are thus redirected over a fixed roller (11), so that the movement of the lifting means in the longitudinal direction is converted into an up-and-down movement. The tensioning means are redirected over loose rollers (14, 14', 14"), the loose rollers (14, 14', 14") are fastened to the first cross members (10, 10', 10"), and the tensioning means (13, 13') are fixed to a fixed part (6) of the ring spinning machine.
