PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot with high adaptability to working environments.
SOLUTION: The robot 1 includes a tag reader/writer 4 for reading, without contact, object operating information OB needed for operating objects 501-506 from non-contact-type tags 501a-506a attached to the objects 501-506, a driving part 6 comprising an arm or the like for operating on the object, and a control part 5 for operating the objects 501-506 by the arm or the like of the driving part 6 based on the object operating information OB read by the tag reader/writer 4.
