A robot management apparatus is connected to a user terminal, a third party terminal and a robot through a network. The apparatus includes: a communication device for receiving schedule information where service classification and the end scheduled time of the service are registered with a correspondence between them from the robot; a storage device for storing the received schedule information; and an electronic mail creating part for creating an electronic mail for giving information to the effect that the network has trouble at least either the user terminal or the third party terminal when the information on the service is not received from the robot even in the lapse of predetermined time to the end scheduled time registered in the schedule information.
