Abstract:

To efficiently operate to process a product by continuously receiving the product from a preceding unit, transferring this product to a work station built in the unit and transferring the product to a position to deliver it to a following unit from the work station.

A robotic device 11 to operate to process a plural number of products (sample tray, etc.), is furnished with a plural number of units devised to sequentially correctly receive the products such as a corner unit 12a, a culture unit 12b, a wash unit 12c, a culture unit 12d, a reagent distribution unit 12e, a discharge unit 12f, a read unit 12g and a separation unit 12h (12), and each of the units 12 is furnished with a work station 18 to carry out process operation of the products. Additionally, it is furnished with a transfer device 21 to make the product continuously pass through the unit 12 by independently building it in each of the units 12. An individual robotic device 23 is built in each of the units 12, the product is sequentially transferred to the work station 18 built in the unit 12 from the preceding unit 12, and additionally, the product is transferred to a position to reach the following robotic device 23 of the unit 23 from the work station 18.
