PURPOSE: To manufacture a roller without losing elasticity for a long period without eluting out a plasticizer, by making a cleaning roller with a material including polyester plasticizer in elastic resin foaming body.

CONSTITUTION: In a cleaning roller 3 of a photoreceptor drum 1 of a wet type electrophotographic copying machine, about ≥3,000 of molecular weight of polyester plasticizer shown in Equation is included by 20W80wt% to an elastic foaming body such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene and NBR, and a roll 3 is formed by foaming with added foaming agent and stabilizer. Thus, since the plasticizer is not dissolved out into a liquid developing agent 4, the life can be made longer.
