Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a rotary compressor which can reduce the rate of progress of abrasion of a piston and a vane even if a non-chlorine refrigerant is used.
CONSTITUTION: A groove 12 whose radius of curvature is greater than that of the end of a vane 5 is formed in part of the outer peripheral surface of a piston 3 and parallel to the axis of the piston 3, and an oil feed passage 13 for feeding lubricating oil from the vane 5 is provided in the respective contact portions of the vane 5 and the piston 3. Thereby a film of lubricating oil is formed to achieve film lubrication so as to reduce the abrasion of the respective contact portions of the vane 5 and the piston 3.
