Abstract:
PURPOSE:To contrive to save fan attachment labor with automation system, by a method wherein a plurality of tongues and grooves extending each in an axial direction of a rotary shaft and a fan boss are arranged and interlocked together and wherein the rotary shaft is provided with a groove fitted on a tongue segment extending from the fan boss. CONSTITUTION:At the inner diameter portion of a cooling fan boss 5, a serration 6 of the second tongues and grooves and a tongue segment 7 having spring property through a part of the inner diameter are arranged. A rotary shaft of a rotary machine is provided with a serration 11 of the first tongues and grooves at a part of a fitted portion 10, and near the end, a circumferential continuous groove 12 is arranged. When these are fitted together, the both serrations 6, 11 are interlocked together and said tongue segment 7 is fitted on the groove 12 and the serrations are fixed by the spring pressure of the tongue segment 7 in the axial direction. Also, in the inner circumferential face of said boss 5, a notch 13 for relief where the tongue segment is fitted is arranged.
