Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of warp and deformation due to an internal stress caused by lack of uniformity of molding pressure of a resin material, by decreasing gradually the thickness of each face part of the polygonal face extending from the end part of the face part to the center part. CONSTITUTION:The shape of each cross section in the center part (a), an intermediate part (b), and the end part (c) of each face part of a mirror part 11 is made so that the thickness of the mirror part 11 decreases gradually from the right and left end parts (c) symmetrically centering around the center part (a), so as to become the maximum thickness (tc) in the end part (c) and to become the minimum thickness in the center part (a). Accordingly, the inside reverse side of the mirror part 11 comes to offer a continuous circular arc surface and the flow quantity of a resin material is controlled so that the molding pressure is applied equally to any position of the face part. In such a way, such problems as warp and deformation of the mirror part are obviated.
