Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary table device which can shorten a time period needed for unclamping, and to provide a clamp unit.SOLUTION: A clamp mechanism includes: a piston which can move in an axial direction of a rotary shaft between a clamp position where the piston clamps a clamp disk and an unclamp position where the piston unclamps the clamp disk; a fixing plate which is disposed facing the piston while forming a gap with the piston; and an elastic member which is fixed to the piston and the fixing plate and elastically deforms to bias the piston toward the fixing plate when the piston is in the unclamp position. The elastic member is provided between the piston and the fixing plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
