Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary table device and a clamp unit that are able to reduce the number of components.SOLUTION: A clamp mechanism comprises: an elastic member having the shape of a concentric circle around a rotation axis and disposed facing a clamp disk; and a fixed plate disposed facing the elastic member on the opposite side of the clamp disk, and fixing one peripheral edge part of the elastic member. The clamp mechanism clamps the clamp disk by pressing the other peripheral edge part of the elastic member against the clamp disk by means of a fluid injected in an empty space between the fixed plate and the elastic member, thereby clamping the clamp disk.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
