Abstract:
The invention relates to a rotary electric machine (300) capable of reducing the angle detection errors caused by the linkage of the magnetic flux generated by the motor (1) constituting the rotary electric machine (300) with the magnetic detection section (221) of the rotary position detector (2). The rotating electric machine (300) is composed of a motor (1) and a rotary position detector (2). The motor (1) has a rotor (120) with a P-phase N-pole M slot, where P is a positive integer, N is an even number, and M is a multiple of P. The rotary position detector (2) includes a rotating member (210) having a concave and convex portion, and the fixing member (220) of the rotary position detector (2) has a magnetic detection section (221). When the angle of a set of concave and convex portionsof the rotating member (210) is set to Q degrees, the magnetic detection section (221) is used for arranging k * C pieces at a pitch of Q/C degrees, where k and C are positive integers, and C-phase two-phase conversion is used to detect the rotation position of the motor (1).
