Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture a rotor high in dimension accuracy and to improve assemblability by applying twist around the center axis in the longitudinal direction of a metallic bar-shaped body provided with grooves for fitting blade straight in the longitudinal direction, thereby letting the grooves in both-end parts straight and forming the grooves in the inside parts of them in spiral shape.
CONSTITUTION: A base stock for rotor made of aluminum in which four rows of grooves 16 are opened 17 to an outer periphery 18 are provided on the straight is manufactured by using a slender bar-shaped body.
