Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation device and a method for mounting a distributor in the rotation device, which facilitate phase alignment between a stationary sleeve and a rotatable sleeve which form the distributor.SOLUTION: A rotation device (rotatable spindle device 20) comprises: a distributor 21B that distributes fluid, the distributor having a stationary sleeve 25, and a rotatable sleeve 24 that is fitted rotatably relative to the stationary sleeve 25; a stationary body 23 where the stationary sleeve 25 is removably mounted, and which supports the stationary sleeve so as to regulate the rotation thereof; and rotating bodies 22, 21A where the rotatable sleeve 24 is removably mounted, and which rotatably support the rotatable sleeve, the rotating bodies being supported rotatably relative to the stationary body 23. Fluid fed from the side of the stationary body 23 is supplied from a port 25b of the stationary sleeve 25 through a port 24b of the rotatable sleeve 24 to the side of the rotating bodies 22, 21A. The stationary sleeve 25 and the rotatable sleeve 24 can be integrally connected to each other so that the port 25b of the stationary sleeve 25 and the port 24b of the rotatable sleeve 24 coincide with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
