A rotation indexing table includes a direct drive motor having a rotor and a stator; first/second machining tables arranged on both sides of the direct drive motor, while sandwiching the direct drive motor therebetween; and a frame internally mounting the direct drive motor and rotatably supporting the first/second machining tables around the common axis line with the rotor. The first/second machining tables are respectively connected to each, corresponding to the end of the rotor located on the radial inside compared with the stator.
