Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a shaft is bent or flawed with force applied by press fitting, for press fitting the shaft to a rotor core assembly in assembling a rotor for a motor.
SOLUTION: The fitting of an internal diameter 4b of the rotor assembly 2 for inserting the shaft and an external diameter 3a of the shaft 3 is made a clearance fit, an end face 2d of the rotor and the shaft 3 are connected by welding, so as to make work without performing press fitting, the shaft is prevented from flawed.
