Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor laminate core by which satisfactory motor properties can be obtained efficiently and economically, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A rotor laminate core 10 includes a laminate core body 12 configured by laminating a plurality of core pieces 11, and a permanent magnet 14 is inserted into a plurality of magnet insertion holes 13 which are formed in a circumferential direction, and sealed with a resin 15. In order to cancel an unbalanced weight estimated from the deviation of lamination thickness in the circumferential direction of the laminate core body 12, the permanent magnet 14 is inserted into each of the magnet insertion holes 13 or each of the magnet insertion holes 13 is filled with the resin 15. The manufacturing method includes: a lamination thickness deviation measuring step of measuring the deviation of the lamination thickness in the circumferential direction of the laminate core body 12 to estimate the unbalanced weight; and a balancing step of inserting the permanent magnet 14 into each of the magnet insertion holes 13 or filling each of the magnet insertion holes 13 with the resin 15 so as to cancel the unbalanced weight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
