Abstract:

To provide a rubber composition for tire, capable improving fuel efficiency, fracture energy and steering stability in a balanced manner, and a pneumatic tire using the same.

The rubber composition for tire includes a modified diene-based rubber and a rosin ester resin. The modified diene-based rubber is modified by a multifunctional compound having two or more epoxy groups in the molecule.
