Abstract:

To provide a rubber composition for producing a rubber molding with improved foul-resistance, while reducing tackiness and a frictional force, even with a presence of rubber on a surface, without losing general characteristics of rubber.SOLUTION: A rubber composition includes rubber A and plastic B. In the rubber composition, the rubber A is a non fluorine-based rubber material, a difference of elastic modulus between the rubber A and the plastic B is 50 MPa or more, and there is formed a sea-island structure having a sea part including the rubber A and a plurality of island parts including the plastic B. The plastic B is included over 0 vol.% and equal to or less than 50 vol.% with regard to a total amount of the rubber A and the plastic B. From among the plurality of island parts, 90% or more volume is 4000 μmor less. In the sea-island structure that appears on a prescribed surface, an average inter-proximity wall surface distance between the island parts is over 0 μm and equal to or less than 10 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
