Abstract:
PURPOSE:To suppress the unstable motion of core metals and improve the durability by providing coupling holes coupled with the tooth sections of a driving sprocket on core metals buried at the preset interval in the peripheral direction and providing contact sections brought into contact with valley sections on both sides of the above tooth sections at both sides of these coupling holes. CONSTITUTION:An endless belt-shaped crawler main body is buried with core metals 11 at the preset interval on the peripheral direction in it and also buried with a tension member 12 such as a steel cord. The core metal 11 has a core metal base section 15 and a pair of the right and left guide projections 16 protruded on the inner periphery side of a crawler main body 10. A pair of guide projections 16 are integrally protruded with the core metal base section 15 to be connected to a pair of lateral bar sections 17 so as to keep the preset interval between them. A coupling hole 19 is formed on the core metal base section 15 between a pair of guide projections 16 and a pair of lateral bar sections 17. The lateral bar sections 17 on both sides of the coupling hole 19 serve as contact sections in contact with valley sections of a driving sprocket, thereby the core metals 11 themselves are prevented from being unstably moved.
