Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of the rubber at the portion corresponding to reinforcing projections by providing reinforcing projections on guide lugs of core metals buried at the preset interval in the peripheral direction and providing recesses corresponding to the above projections on the rolling contact surface of a crawler main body. CONSTITUTION:An endless belt-shaped crawler main body is buried with core metals 11 at the preset interval in the peripheral direction in it and also buried with a tension member such as a steel cord. The core metal 11 has a pair of guide projections 15 protruded on the inner periphery of the crawler main body 10 from the base section, reinforcing projections 17 protruding on the upper face side are formed on blade sections 16 outward from the guide projections 15. Recesses 27 are formed on the portions facing the reinforcing projections 17 of the core metals 11 on the rolling contact surface 25 of a track roller 24 which is the inner periphery of the crawler main body 10 and the outside face of the guide projections 15. The outer periphery of the track roller 24 is prevented from being brought into contact with the bottom of the recesses 27, the damage of the rubber at this portion is suppressed.
