Abstract:
To provide a rubber member winding method and a rubber member winding device capable of suppressing deformation due to tight winding of the rubber member.SOLUTION: In a rubber member winding method in which a continuously supplied plate-like rubber member is wound around a winding body rotated by a drive motor, based on an inner radius Rn (mm) immediately after winding of the rubber member in consideration of contraction of the rubber member after supplying, thickness of a liner, and the number of windings of the rubber member around the winding body, a supply speed Va (mm/min) of the rubber member, and a reference position K (mm) of a winding speed in a thickness direction of the rubber member, the number of revolutions N (rpm) of the drive motor is calculated by formula 1 to control the drive motor. N=Va/(2×(Rn+K)×π)×1000 (formula 1). (Where 0≤K≤Ha, Ha is a thickness Ha (mm) after supplying the rubber member).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
