Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber sheet pick-up device capable of reliably picking up rubber sheets, by accurately matching a rubber sheet pick-up position with a festoon bar stop position without requiring hands, and to provide a rubber sheet manufacturing apparatus.SOLUTION: A rubber sheet manufacturing apparatus includes: a festoon conveyor having a plurality of festoon bars and intermittently driving them, and a rubber sheet pick-up device for picking up rubber sheets that are sagged and hung to the festoon bars. The rubber sheet manufacturing apparatus also includes: a position detection sensor for detecting a stop position of the festoon bar at a position of picking up the rubber sheets or in a vicinity thereof, and moves the rubber sheet pick-up device based on detection results by the position detection sensor and picking up the rubber sheet from the festoon bar. In the rubber sheet manufacturing apparatus, the festoon bar is mounted to the festoon conveyor by a chain roller, and the stop position of the festoon bar is detected by that the position detection sensor detects the stop position of a chain roller.
