To provide dosage forms including 3-(3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl)-phenol compounds.SOLUTION: The invention provides a salt or cocrystal of (a) 3-(3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl)-phenol and (b1) at least one acid selected from among embonic acid, (2S,3S)-dibenzoyltartaric acid and the like, or (b2) at least one acid selected from among nicotinic acid, hydrogen bromide and the like, where the salt or cocrystal of the component (a) and the component (b2) is present in a crystalline and/or amorphous form.SELECTED DRAWING: None
