Abstract:
To provide a sample cartridge for an electrostatic floating furnace capable of securely releasing a sample held by a sample holder into an experimental space.SOLUTION: A sample cartridge for an electrostatic floating furnace comprises a rod for releasing a sample into an experimental space, the rod is formed into a cylindrical shape having a gas passage at the center, the gas passage is connected to the experimental space via a gas flow switching apparatus, and the gas flow switching apparatus is composed so as to generate a gas flow in a direction in which a gas in the experimental space is sucked from the tip of the rod via the gas passage and a gas flow in a direction in which the gas in the experimental space is exhausted from the tip of the rod via the gas passage.
