Title:
SATELLITE-TRACKING CONTROL SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001237758
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce swinging of the directing direction of an antenna device, caused by the noise components and also to stably direct the antenna device to an artificial satellite by suppressing the noise components contained in the tracking angle error of a tracking receiver, when the orbit of the artificial satellite overlaps that of the sun.

This system includes a tracking receiving device 2, which receives the radio waves from an antenna device 1, when the directing direction of the antenna of an earth station overlaps the sun and detects the tracking signal of an artificial satellite, a noise intensity detection part 9 which detects intensity of noises caused by the solar heat from the detected tracking signal, a variable filter part 10 which varies the pass band width of signals according to the noise intensity, removes the noise components of the tracking signal and outputs this signal and the antenna drive means 4 and 5, which generate the antenna drive signals from the tracking signal with no noise components.
