To improve usability of scissors by improving an arranging state and a configuration of finger hooking rings of both handle parts to facilitate opening and closing both blade parts.
The finger hooking rings 15, 16 and coupling supporting 19, 20 are not only arranged in one side area when both side areas in an opening closing direction of the handle parts 9, 10 are comparted by the first reference plane including a rotational center line 6a of an opening supporting part 6 and tips of blade tips in blade plates 7, 8 with the blade plates 7, 8 closed, but also are arranged in the one side area F when both the side areas F, B in an extending direction of the rotational center line 6a are comparted by the second reference plane Q including the opening closing direction and the sliding surface of both the blade plates 7, 8. There becomes no need to bend or twist arms, knees, and wrists more than needs to hold both handle parts 9, 10 because both the finger hooking rings 15, 16 are arranged beneath both the blade plates 7, 8 when using the scissors while applying both the blade plates 7, 8 on an eyebrow. In this case, both the blade plates 7, 8 can be easily opened and closed by a hand arranged in a space generated between a face and both the finger hooking rings 15, 16 because both the finger hooking rings 15, 16 are arranged in the front side away from the face.
