Abstract:
To cope with the high-degree integration of electronic components and to perform stable screen printing keeping a set condition.
A squeegee 7 is made of a metal and constituted so that the lower part thereof has a wedge shape increased in width upwardly from the lower tip part 7a thereof and has an inclined front surface 7b and the tip part 7a is positioned on the acting line R of the printing pressure applied to the squeegee 7. The tip part 7b of the squeegee 7 slides on the upper surface of a mask 5 while the acting line R is held to the state vertical to the printing surface of a printed circuit board 1.
