Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing method, a screen printer and a screen printing system capable of executing a mask cleaning efficiently without reduction of productivity.SOLUTION: There is provided a screen printing method for bringing a substrate into contact with a mask plate on which a pattern hole is provided, supplying a paste to a mask plate for sliding a squeegee, thereby performing screen printing of a paste on a substrate through the pattern hole, the screen printing method comprising: a printing inspection result acquisition step (ST5) for inspecting (ST4) a printing state of the paste on the substrate after being subjected to the screen printing (ST2), and acquiring the result; and a determination step (ST6, ST7) for, based on the acquired inspection result, determining whether to execute the mask cleaning or the screen printing. In the determination step, if there is a printing failure in the inspection result in which, the failure is caused by a state of the pattern hole at a prescribed ratio or a higher ratio, it is determined to execute the mask cleaning (Yes in the ST7).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
