Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw type kneading extruder capable of discharging bubbles from a molten resin in an extruder to the outside without providing a vent hole in a cylinder.SOLUTION: There is provided a screw type kneading extruder in which a screw is rotatably stored in a cylinder, and a first feed part, a first compression part, a second feed part, a second compression part and a metering part are formed from an upper stream side toward a lower stream side of a resin. According to the screw type kneading extruder, the screw comprises a main flight, and a sub-flight branching from the main flight. The sub-flight is one in which the main flight merges with the sub-flight, by branching from the main flight in the second feed part; and the screw comprises a deaeration hole in a region surrounded by the main flight and the sub-flight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
