To secure reliable sealing performance of a penetration part in a seal body for placing concrete for sealing the penetration part of reinforcing steel to a form member (10) for placing concrete.
The seal body for placing concrete is equipped with a pair of seal blocks (20), (20) for clamping and pressing the reinforcing steel (11) from the radial direction, each seal block (20) is equipped with a soft sponge body (21) pressed to the reinforcing steel (11) from the radial direction and a hard sponge body (22) attached to the soft sponge body (21) in a laminated state from the perpendicular direction with respect to the pressing direction and the extending direction of the reinforcing steel (11). In such a state that the reinforcing steel (11) is clamped and pressed by each seal block (20), the hard sponge body (20) laminated on the soft sponge body (21) to be pressed protrudes from the reinforcing steel (11) to the laminated direction while the soft sponge body (21) is pressed to the reinforcing steel (11).
