Abstract:

To provide a seal member whose bristles hardly come out and which can maintain stable sealing performance all over the service period, and a process cartridge and an electrophotographic image forming apparatus.

The seal member, the process cartridge and the electrophotographic image forming apparatus are constituted so that an end seal member 29 for sealing the joint parts of both ends of a developing roller 27 and a developing blade 28 provided at the aperture part 25 of a developing container for storing developer, and are characterized in that the developing container is formed of a pile fabric, and the pile fabric is constituted so that foundation warp 31 and foundation weft 32 are respectively made double layers.
