Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sealing molding machine capable of uniformly packing a material to be molded in each cavity.
CONSTITUTION: An upper changeover valve 26 and a lower changeover valve 27 are kept closed. At this time, pistons 18 are in a locked state. Under such a condition, a movable plate is moved upward, and a molten material 29 to be molded in each pot 3 is extruded toward a cavity by each plunger 19. Immediately before completion of the packing of the molten material 29 in the cavity, the upper changeover valve 26 and the lower changeover valve 27 are simultaneously opened to release a fluid in each uniform pressure cylinder 17. Accordingly, pressure applied to each plunger 19 becomes uniform.
