Abstract:
To prevent collision noise generated when dog teeth of a present shift stage move away from a drive tooth surface and come in contact with a coast tooth surface due to an occurrence of a differential rotation during shifting from the present shift stage to a next shift stage.SOLUTION: A seamless shift type transmission includes: a plurality of speed change gear pairs 11in and 11out, 12in and 12out, and 13in and 13out; a gear dog 31; a sleeve dog 32; a shift operation mechanism 4; and a dog tooth disengaging cam mechanism 5. A transmission controller 71 is provided for outputting a control command to a cam operation motor 6 of the shift operation mechanism 4. The transmission controller 71 turns off output to the cam operation motor 6 when engaging stroke of the sleeve dog 32 of the next shift stage reaches a dog tooth engaging start point during shifting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
