Abstract:
To provide a seat frame capable of improving a fixing strength and welding quality of a recliner.SOLUTION: A seat frame according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a cushion frame, a back frame, and a recliner that swingably connects the back frame to the cushion frame. The recliner has an internal tooth member and an external tooth member that is arranged inside the internal tooth member and engages with the internal tooth member. The internal tooth member has a ring-shaped internal gear and a fixed part that is connected to an axial end of the internal gear and is welded to the back frame by a weld bead. The weld bead has: a circulation part that goes around along a circumferential direction of the internal gear; and a lap part that extends inward in a radial direction of the internal gear from one end of the circulation part and overlaps with the circulation part in a radial direction of the internal gear.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
