A power generation magnet assembly in which a power generation magnet and a compression spring are put into a pipe and a coil is mounted outside of the pipe is mounted to a coil holding plate. Propellers, several gear shafts transferring rotation of the propellers and a rotary plate including an attraction magnet in the gear shaft on a final stage are mounted to the coil holding plates. The rotary plate is rotated, magnetic forces of the attraction magnet and the power generation magnet are repulsive to each other, the power generation magnet instantaneously moves within the pipe, a current flows to the coil, and the terminal light-emitting diode is turned on. When the attraction magnet is further separated, the power generation magnet is returned to the original position by the repulsion of the compression spring, a current in a reverse direction flows to the coil, and the terminal light-emitting diode is turned on again by rectification of a bridge diode.
