Abstract:

To reduce construction materials required, and reduce cost by providing a basement garage to which a car can get in roughly by half under a building main body, and providing a roof to cover at least the entrance for a driver's seat.

On the underside of a building main body 3 of a house 2, a basement garage 6 cut in diagonally downward from an outer wall surface 4 for about the half of the length of a car 5. On the under part side of the outer wall surface 4, a roof 7 of such a size as to cover a part to a get on/off a driver's seat is provided. On the lower part side of the outer wall surface 4, a roof containing part is provided, so the roof 7 comprising tent fabric can be rolled, and on the tip of the roof 7, the tip of an expansion rod which is installed at the lowest part of the building main body 3 at one end may be installed. Rolling in/out operation of the roof 7 may be performed by hand, or electrically. On the bottom surface of the basement garage 6, a shock absorbing material 6c is installed, and at a specified position of a slope 6a, a car stop 6d is disposed. Site area can thus be saved, and cost reduction can be achieved.
