Abstract:
To provide a digital storage device such as a shift register which can suppress deterioration of a semiconductor element such as a transistor.SOLUTION: A digital storage device such as a shift register includes a first transistor that outputs a high-level signal, and a second transistor that outputs a low-level signal. A time for which the second transistor is turned on is shortened by controlling the second transistor to be turned on and off repeatedly. Thereby, deterioration of the second transistor can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
