PURPOSE: To reduce a skew occurring between output signals and shorten switching time by making inputs in a sequence of output circuits from an output circuit most distantly placed to an output circuit nearly placed with respect to a power source and a grounding pad with constant time delay.

CONSTITUTION: Delay circuits 21 to 26 are provided between a plurality of output circuits 11 to 18 to which respective wires for a power source (Vcc) and a ground (Vss) are separately connected from bonding pads 2,1 for Vcc and Vss and an output control circuit 27 for controlling operation of these output circuits 11 to 18. An operation signal is input in a sequence from a remote output circuit from the respective pads 2,1 for Vcc and Vss to closer output circuits. Thus a skew in output signals generated among a plurality of output circuits 11 to 18 can be reduced, thereby shortening effective switching time of a semiconductor integrated circuit.
