Abstract:
To provide a semiconductor laser device where low threshold of oscillation current and stabilization of mode control are designed.
The semiconductor laser device is configured such that at least one layer has a first region of crystallinity, and a second region of crystallinity lower than that of the first region. The second region is of refractive index different from that of the first region with regard to laminate structures defining emission members.
