To provide a sensor system including a plurality of sensors for deciding the detection of an object to be measured by preventing any malfunction in the overall sensor system, even if characteristic failure is caused in a part of sensors, and characteristic fluctuation is present between sensors, and processing individual sensor detection data by the principle of collective decision making.
This sensor system is provided with a plurality of sensor chips equipped with a sensor body, a memory in which identification information is stored and a transmitting part which transmits the detection signal detected by the sensor body and the identification information signal. This system is also provided with a sever equipped with a receiving part which receives the detection signal transmitted from the plurality of sensor chips, a synchronization means which synchronizes the received plurality of detection signals and a detection means which decides a representative value by detecting the detection signal synchronized by the synchronizing means.
