Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation method of solid particles from suspension which solves conventional problems and has small power and vibration and further prevent smell from scattering, and also provide a device used for the same, concretely a separation method of MAP particles from digested sludge, and also provide a device used for the same.
SOLUTION: The method separates the solid particle by treating the suspension with a rotating cylindrical vessel. The solid particles are precipitated by putting the suspension into a chamber of a rotating, horizontal and cylindrical container, and precipitation and separation are carried out to tumble and classify the precipitate in the chamber, and supernatant is discharged. Draining is carried out for the precipitate and the remaining solution in a similar chamber while tumbling and classifying the precipitate and the remaining precipitate is cleaned in a similar chamber with its surrounding comprising a screen.
