Abstract:
To provide a separator manufacturing method by which yield can be improved.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a separator by using a transfer-type mold 1 in which a first mold 25c, a second mold 25d and a third mold 25e are arranged in this order includes: a first process of forming a first reference hole in a region where a first manifold of a metal foil 7 is formed, in the first mold 25c; a second process of positioning the metal foil 7 conveyed from the first mold 25c by using the first reference hole and forming a second manifold on the metal foil 7, in the second mold 25d; and a third process of inserting a positioning block into the second manifold of the metal foil 7 conveyed from the second mold 25d and positioning the metal foil 7 at first positioning accuracy, and positioning the metal foil 7 at second positioning accuracy higher than the first positioning accuracy by inserting a positioning pin into the first reference hole to form the first manifold, in the third mold 25e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
