An estimation section 46 estimates a processing period for generating data to be transmitted to a terminal device. An acquisition section 48 acquires transmission timing, when transmitting to the terminal device data to be estimated in the estimation section 46, in a base station device connected to the terminal device via a wireless network. On the basis of the acquired transmission timing and the estimated processing period, a determination section 44 determines whether or not other processing can interrupt until the transmission timing. In a case where the determination section 44 determines that the other processing can interrupt, a processing section 42 carries out the other processing and then performs processing for generating the data to be transmitted to the terminal device.
