To dynamically change and display the color of a character of an SWF file displayed as a moving image at a portable terminal based on input data from the portable terminal, in a system for distributing a Flash video to the portable terminal.
The server device is provided with: a moving image file storage part 22 for storing a video data file of a predetermined character; a transmission/reception means 24 for transmitting/receiving data through a communication network with a portable terminal; an analyzing means 25 for analyzing the video data file based on the reception data of the transmission/reception means 24; and a parameter changing means 26 for rewriting a parameter described in the video data file. The parameter changing means 26 rewrites the video data file extracted by the analyzing means 25 so as to change the color parameter of a predetermined target object in a plurality of objects configuring the character according to a parameter showing the color of the character included in the input data from the portable terminal.
