The server can send and receive information to and from a portable terminal and has a receiving means to receive object identification information and terminal identification information to identify a portable terminal from a portable terminal which acquires object identification information to identify a specific object from an object, a storage means to store the object identification information related to the terminal identification information when the receiving means receives the object identification information and terminal identification information, a judgment means to judge whether a plurality of object identification information stored in the storage means related to one terminal identification information satisfy prescribed conditions or not, and a sending means to send the prescribed information to the portable terminal when the judgment means judges that the information satisfies prescribed conditions.
